Here is one video from the 2019. when I was taking penalty shoots with my brother. We did it very often so we decided to film it. Obviously, you can see that we are not professionals. We are just having fun.
In the second round of this video, we are using our non-dominant leg. For me is ‘left’ and for him is ‘right’.
Being active is really the most important thing here. So I hope this will inspire you to get active with someone close to you and that you will have fun.
